DIY, is an acronym for Do It Yourself and that suggests encouragement and positivity in completing or building something yourself. You know... oppose to buying every little thing, which can get pretty pricey, not to mention not as fun!
When it comes to a DIY, the ideas are endless! DIY ranges anywhere from a simple arts and crafts activity, to learning how to build a furniture piece, learning to cook out of your comfort zone, taking handmade gifts to the next level, decorating, or even remodeling an entire house! It can be anything and everything you can think of or with a little help from one of my bestfriends, Pinterest. She can definitely help get the ball rolling.
Have you ever heard anyone use the expression "Don't knock it until you try it", well DIY may not be for everyone, but it sure is fun and your wallet will thank you later, so before turning down a DIY idea or project, don't knock it until you try it!
